Hyannis, MA – Cape Air announced its Chief Executive Officer, Linda Markham, will retire in 2026, after 25 years of dedicated service to the company. Her retirement marks the end of a remarkable era of leadership, innovation, and growth. Effective immediately, Mike Migliore, current CFO, will be promoted to assume the role of President & Chief Financial Officer, with the expectation that he will succeed Mrs. Markham as CEO upon her retirement in 2026.
