Cape Air President & CEO Linda Markham Retires, Mike Migliore Promoted to President

September 26, 2025

Hyannis, MA – Cape Air announced its Chief Executive Officer, Linda Markham, will retire in 2026, after 25 years of dedicated service to the company. Her retirement marks the end of a remarkable era of leadership, innovation, and growth. Effective immediately, Mike Migliore, current CFO, will be promoted to assume the role of President & Chief Financial Officer, with the expectation that he will succeed Mrs. Markham as CEO upon her retirement in 2026.

Migliore has been with Cape Air for 15 years and has played a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and long-term planning. His deep understanding of the business and proven leadership make him well-positioned to guide the company into its next chapter.

“Over the past 15 years, Mike has served on Cape Air’s Executive Committee and has been a key leader in shaping our strategic planning priorities. His leadership and deep commitment to our core values have played a pivotal role in our continued success,” said Markham.

Mike expressed his gratitude, saying, “I’m honored and grateful for the opportunity to serve as President and CFO. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside an incredibly dedicated team committed to our mission, values, and the communities we serve.”

Linda leaves behind a legacy of supporting and putting women in aviation at the forefront of the industry, strategic foresight, and a deep commitment to both Cape Air employees and customers. Through her years with the company, spearheading innovation, driving growth, and expanding into new markets, she built a foundation for future success for the airline.

As part of this transition, Dan Wolf, has stepped down as a Board member of Cape Air, and will become a Senior Strategic Consultant to the Company, focusing on emerging technologies and fleet optimization.
