A message to TravelPass Account Managers
At Cape Air, our passengers’ experience is at the heart of everything we do. After careful consideration of traveler feedback, we recognize that our passengers’ needs have far outgrown what TravelPass is able to offer. It’s with these limitations in mind that we are suspending the sale of new TravelPass accounts or refills; and refocusing Cape Air’s efforts on feature enhancements and programs that can truly meet the expectations and deliver on the needs of our travelers. We want to reassure all our TravelPass holders that your account will remain active and usable for the full duration of its, originally issued, 12-month validity period. We have worked with TravelPass to guarantee the booking system remains accessible for all active account holders.

Do TravelPasses expire?
TravelPasses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused tickets will expire 12 months from the date of your original purchase date.
We are unable to extend the expiration date of your expired passes.
Are TravelPasses transferable?
TravelPass coupons can be used by up to 5 individual travelers on the group/family TravelPass account. The designated Travel Managers for the group will be able to book flights for themselves or other members of the group.
Can I resell a TravelPass?
TravelPass products are not available for resale. Penalty for resale is deactivation of your profile and forfeiture of any remaining products associated to that profile.
How do I book a flight using my TravelPasses?
Booking flights with TravelPass is a simple process similar to booking a regular Cape Air flight. In order to use your TravelPasses, you will have to be logged into your profile. Your profile will store your traveler data, as well as your TravelPass information (remaining trips, used trips). Once logged in, you will also have the option to refill your TravelPass account with additional 10-packs.
In order to book a flight using TravelPass, you must have the appropriate number of passes in your account to accommodate all travelers on your trip. For example, if two people are traveling round-trip between Boston and Nantucket, they would need four TravelPasses to cover two passengers for the outbound and return flights. You will be prompted to refill your account if you do not have the correct number of remaining passes.
Can I cancel a TravelPass reservation?
TravelPass reservations can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours prior to departure with no penalty or change fees. Cancelled trips will be valid for use to reserve future flights. Upon cancellation, please allow up to 24-hours for your passes to be returned to your account. If you need to rebook immediately after cancelling, you may also contact our Call Center at 1-800-CAPE-AIR (1-800-227-3247) where our agents can rebook your flights using the TravelPasses.
Customers who would like to do exchange/rebook to a different flight using their TravelPass, can also do so online. After logging into your profile, you can choose to lookup and manage your upcoming travel.
Cancellations within 24 hours of departure time:
Within 24 hours, changes are allowed for flights departing the same day as the original flight date. If the change within 24 hours results in a new travel date, an additional trip is required to hold the segment, and the original pass(es) are forfeited. Cancellations without rebooking within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your trip/passes.
No Shows:
A no show on a TravelPass reservation will result in forfeiture of the trip and the passes not being refunded for re-use.
