Lebanon Municipal Airport Surpasses 10,000 Enplanements in 2017

December 28, 2017

The Lebanon Municipal Airport surpassed the 2017 goal of 10,000 enplanements on December 20. Through this achievement, in partnership with Cape Air, the Lebanon Municipal Airport is now eligible for $1,000,000 in US DOT Airport Improvement Program funding for 2018.

“We are extremely proud to complete another year in Lebanon where the 10,000 enplanement goal was achieved,” said Linda Markham, President of Cape Air/Nantucket Airlines. “As in years past, we thank our loyal passengers who use the service, the Lebanon Airport, and Lebanon City Council for their role in achieving this goal. Our focus in 2018 will be reaching this goal for the seventh straight year.”

Cape Air has worked alongside the Lebanon Airport to exceed the 10,000 enplanements goal for the past six years, while delivering ongoing increased airport awareness and investment in the city of Lebanon through sponsorships and community engagement.

“The Lebanon Airport greatly appreciates Cape Air’s maximum effort providing airline service to the City and the region,” said Rick Dyment, Airport Manager. “We are proud to have Cape Air at our airport and with their community support and very strong promotion efforts, the LEB Airport hit our goal of 10,000 annual enplanements for the sixth year in a row.”
