Cape Air Flights Between Manistee and Chicago O'Hare Start October 1, 2020

Cape Air flights between Manistee Blacker County Airport and Chicago O'Hare International Airport start Thursday, October 1, 2020. From Manistee, Cape Air will operate two daily, round-trip flights to O'Hare in the airlines' next-generation aircraft, the Tecnam P2012 Traveller. Starting in the summer of 2021, Cape Air will operate four daily, round-trip flights between Chicago and Manistee.

• Manistee (MBL) – Chicago (ORD): 2 daily, round-trip flights (fall, winter, and spring)

• Manistee (MBL) – Chicago (ORD): 4 daily, round trip flights (summer season)

Fares to Chicago start at $49 each way and include all taxes and fees. Local flights to and from Chicago can be booked online at capeair.com.

With Cape Air, Manistee will be an American Airlines codeshare destination. Passengers traveling on an American Airlines flight operated by Cape Air, and connecting with another American Airlines flight at Chicago will soon be able to book both segments together on aa.com, check baggage through, receive connecting boarding passes, and earn American AAdvantage points for their entire itinerary.

Cape Air also has interline ticketing and baggage agreements with Alaska, Delta, Hawaiian, JetBlue, and United Airlines. Passengers making connections at Chicago O'Hare will be able to check their baggage through to their final destination without security rescreening as long as the reservation is booked on a single itinerary.
