When traveling to San Juan- After check-in, passengers will proceed to U.S. Customs and Border Protection screening and the TSA security checkpoint and the gate waiting area located at Gate 7-A.   Flying to San Juan is a quick 30 minute flight from St. Thomas.  Cape Air operates more than seven daily flights between San Juan and St. Thomas.

When traveling to Tortola- After check-in, passengers will proceed to the TSA security checkpoint and the gate waiting area located at Gate 9.   Flying to Tortola is a quick 15 minute flight from St. Thomas.  Cape Air operates two daily flights (seasonal) between Tortola and St. Thomas.
